| They already do. Toons call the invasions, with very few exceptions. Toons are in control of which district is an invasion district. They're just too stingy to use them so they all want in one district. What people really want is for TT to increase the number of people allowed in one district. Doesn't look like that's going to happen, so they would rather whine about it. Much easier to blame TT.
Yeah, Been there done that with this discussion at TTC, LOL. Whenever I have tried to get in River lately it only take a few minutes, so I haven't seen a problem.
