Good point! I might have to give you that one. And I hate losing arguments! But there's an awfully fine line between "want" and "need," especially when it means hours of duplicated effort outside of River.

Are you sure? That might have been true back in the days when a hundred toons were jumping in DDL, but we're talking about a couple dozen toons parked at a door. Can two dozen toons keep River red all evening? I doubt it. I'd be willing to bet that TT could take away every method of holding River and it would still be red simply because it's the popular district and everybody wants in. It would be red with live bodies instead of a couple dozen parked bodies, but it would still be red and I still couldn't get in (without a friend already there). I think the best plan of attack TT could take would be to not allow TP access to someone already in River when River is full. That would truly spread toons out to other districts out of sheer necessity (and make a lot of people mad in the process). I plan on doing my part to spread the invasion wealth around once I'm a big wig 50 and can actually call multiple invasions without spending hours in the DA's office inbetween. |
