I've had times where I get "Can I talk to your mom or dad?" Oh dear sweet mercy - do I sound that young?!?! #1, I have been married 12 years, so I better not still have mom and dad handling my affairs. #2, I'm 31, so you can speak to me. #3, sure, you can try to reach them, but I'm not sure if we installed phone service where they are interred!! Another Pet Peeve.. Waiting around for someone to show up to take care of a problem in the house, not knowing when they will show. Afraid to start a DA because THAT will be when they show up!! _________________
