| I believe that people are confusing two subjects- top toon on the front page and the list inside HQs for Toon Platoon.
The front page top toon is cleared daily. I don't believe that the floor numbers are knocked down for buildings taken over. There is a running total for the day. The Toon Platoon ranking is based on the number of floors taken over and you can lose your ranking if cogs retake over your building. This is not cleared on a daily basis.
