Ok, here is a flyer from my hubby in Baghdad, it looks like they have a "pirate thing" there too. I was so stupid though to think that it was because I sent the sites you listed, Bill. But anyway I guess they have been doing this for a few years. Hubby can't go (told him not to pick up any wench's) because the festivities won't be where he is at. But they had fun with the sites anyway. Notice the map in the middle of the page, it actually says Baghdad...it just seems strange to me still to get things from there.
