Are the updates giving you a specific error or do they just not seem to update on your system? Granny MoMo : Well, Jacee Lee, at least you have good news! Keep us updated on the info you get! I, on the other hand, can NOT get any updates for my laptop. I continue to get the same error message repeatedly. Extremely frustrating, because I can NOT play on my laptop and VP without crashing, or while in a factory, or in a building... UGH!! I tried the links. They are giving me a specific error message saying they cannot find any hardware on my system. When I get on the laptop again (I have to leave it alone or it's tossed in the street!!)
