| Scarlet, I'm sorry that happened, but here is a suggestion for the cats: Open a trial, and take the first month for $5. Make your cats and turn them black. When you get the old account back, switch them over and cancel the new account. At least you would have your cats then....
I worry constantly now because my little ones like to type and make the toons talk. I have had to tell them now that they must type a word like "hi" or "cat". It's a bummer that they have to worry about that. Series of dots would be just the type of thing they would do.
