I'll give it out anyway for those of you who have it. Great way to work your doll! Go to the fort and on the scaffling (did I even come close to speeling that right)?  Anyway by the noose up there is always a grunt (EITC guy) Go up there and attune him. Run to the other side of the hole where the uunmmm soon to be dead guy would fall if he happened to be hanging from said noose. The gruntice will chase you....fall in the hole but you will still be attuned and hitting him all the while safe and sound standing a floor above him.
I leveled up twice doing this and it didn't take much time at all. BTW Varmint. Look for (surprise) Nanner on open server. Dressed pure in a white little top and tight grey/black pants (somebody actually came up to me and told me to put some clothes on  )! Be more than happy to help! Just turned 14 today on open._________________ Open: Nanner and Lipstick 128 laff peachy duck. DONE! Well...that boss thingy.... MissLure and Cupcake 105 Retired for now.
