| Yes, believe it or not toons do do this just for fun..... I read it in horror on another site. They think its funny to watch the other toons reaction. It is sad because you know that they are probably bullies in RL too. Or maybe they are being bullied and this is there defense mechanism behind a cartoon. Who knows... You can only just ignore them and feel sorry for them. Eventually they will be reported and hopefully the parents will be aware of this behavior.
