OK, my kids are happy campers right now. 
They each have their own free account with their own 2 toons. They are not thrilled about staying in TTC but they still have their old toons on my accounts. I was able to gift them cannons and clothing and anything that is giftable. I don't think they can buy much for themselves. They can only race on one track, I think (it was Grand Prix time so I couldn't check). They can play on the trolley. _________________
