I had fun playing with Pig Laggin and using Sound.
The saduality was due to Sid hitting and FOG missing. The cogs we had were level 6-9's and
I thought Sid +Fog was more than enough.
It was my boneheaded suggestion to use sound 2x in a row.

It is one of the risks and oddly enough, one of the more common gag combo misses using an SOS I have seen recently. (SOS hits, but Sound misses or Sid Hits, Moe misses etc...) I have gone sad of 3-4 of my Ubers who got a few sound SOS'es doing this. I'm starting to think sound SOS'es are cursed right up there w/ Little Old Man!

One concern I have had is that playing a 15-20 laffer is a bit selfish on my behalf.
I feel bad if I leave a team short by going sad early, I feel bad when someone takes on any guilt or feels bad cuz things don't work out. Sometimes I think I have taken out a bunch of low laffers because of this (sad bug and brain glitches)

Let me just say, I'd play with any of your toons anytime. If I wanted to play it safe I could have.
(I had a lure SOS and a cog miss SOS). I'm just a "risky" toon to play with.

I also like playing drop! I have a Sound/Drop toon who is a blast to play with randoms or short Uber runs.

If you don't mind wasting gags I use a single piano as a back up on lure miss on emerging 11's and organic toontanic drop as a back up sound misses. With randoms I just let it all hang out. I like using drop on the opening level 12's if I'm sided with toons 25 laff or higher.

Low level drop I use mostly in factories/bldgs as it is really hard to find times to use it in the cogs/skeles in VP.

In the last scenario: 2 or more level 12's, 2 cakes one on each 12, and even another cake on the other 12 leaves you with very few options even if you have lure. A Cog Miss SOS, a Level 7 throw are just about it. But I think that is asking alot. The only sure thing is a cog miss. I went sad just before this run (w/ the Troubadours) where level 7 hit and the clouds/squirt missed. 3 cogs gone but a level 11 took me and 2 other toons out doing -24 damage.

Play, play again. Any Uber worth his/her salt should help you learn and I learned more from my mistakes than anything. I made more than my share and for some odd reason, some people still play with me. (and I'm still learning what works and what doesn't)
