| This is driving me nuts, I cannot seem to find any Legal Eagles anywhere, am I looking in wrong places, I have tried a number of buildings but with no luck. I need to collect key from them as I am locked in this last toon task and cannot progress any further until I do this. Would appreciate some insight in to where they tend to hang out.
