Ok...depends on if you are making a regular toon or if you are going to do an uber. I made the mistake of taking TU on my uber and wasn't offered it again, so I had to take lure...now I have a soundless uber. 
I would have to say TU, but it has to be your decision. Sorry, guess that doesn't help much.
