MK we never do a sit down thingy there (except the castle). Tomorrowland Terrace (still called that or am I dating myself)?  or Peco Bills. Tomorrowland has more selection.
MGM (excuse me....Disney Studio's  ) PRIME TIME CAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More "formal" Mama Mia's (Italian)
Epcot.....Whatever we feel like at the time. Favs are Canada and France. Many like Mexico, Italy, UK or Morocco (although not my fav) Another option is take the back walking path to the Boardwalk and grab a bite at either ESPN or the Brewery (or the bakery  )
AK...never eaten there myself Not my fav park except for a quick stop. Others with me have had a quick snack at one of the fast food places.
