Ate at Les Chefs de France at Epcot with my parents a couple weekends ago. It was good. Mom and I got the lunch "special" which was french onion soup, grilled ham/cheese sandwich with unique salad, and creme brule for dessert for $19.95 each. Next time, I'm just getting the soup and dessert (too much food to eat). Dad got a tuna sandwich he did not like at all. However, he said the dessert he got (some kind of chocolate with ice cream and pastry) made up for the sandwich.
Touringplans.com has great recommendations for restaurants all over Disney but you have to be website member ($7 a year) to access each restaurant--or you can get the book The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. It has been an excellent "investment" and gives you all the ins and outs of Disney.
We don't eat in restaurants with my son (due to his autism and sensitivity to noises and kids) and since we (husband and son mostly) go every weekend, we try to eat before we get to the parks to save money, but when we do eat at the Magic Kingdom the counter service places we like are the BBQ place in Frontierland, Casey's (hotdogs) on Main Street and Columbia Harbor House (fish and other items) in Liberty Square. The touringplans web page says that Cosmic Ray’s (highly rated by touringplans readers) became the first counter-service restaurant in any of the Disney theme parks to offer a kosher menu if that is of interest to you.
If you want more details from the touringplans web page, just pm me and I'll be glad to help.
