Is it only the Vista lappy getting booted? I'd be more inclined to think it's the router, but there's so many different things it could be. I have regular boot probs too, and I have a Vista lappy (and XP PC). I've been trying many different things to narrow my problem down, but I've yet to figure it out completely. I definitely get the boot more often wireless than wired. Definitely get it more often on the Vista lappy than I do the XP PC. I tried the router port triggering thing, and it helped, but I still disco. I took the router out altogether and went straight through the modem (which is a good way to figure out if the prob lies with your router). Sorry you're going thru that!
