| Almost all of my negative experiences have been in Nutty River. Anybody here from CA? There is a huge resemblence to Hollywood. Toons standing in dark corners talking to themselves, playing with their doodle, the whine-o's of DDL, people sleeping in public where ever they stop....and Vanity plates...have you noticed that about 80% of those toons have the names like Smell E Cat and doodoo? no Princess Preciousfaces there. I think ALL the Psycho Toons I have encountered were there.
What a waste of time...I have more toons "bug out" in the mint at the FIRST sign of trouble(oops a 99 laffer slipped in with us "lets go back to the playground"....sheesh) in NR than any other district.
