Well it's easy enough to tell you what buttons to push and how to put in a secret friend code but if your Mom has it password protected then none of that would help you. Your Mom knows best and if she doesn't think you should have secret friends then that decision is up to her. No you don't have to know people in RL....although that does help with the safety issue.....you can get codes from people you meet online or in game. That is probably what your Mom was thinking when she parent protected it. Not everyone online is who they seem and safe. My suggestion is to talk to Mom instead of trying to get around her password.
