Toontown Central Toon

| OK quick question!!! I lost my ATM card a couple weeks ago so I've gotten a couple emails telling me that toontown couldnt access my card. I ordered a new one so I was waiting for it and it finally came today but I havnt activated it yet. So I went on TT earlier to check something but i had to leave in the middle of it because I was late for my Theater class. So when I came back naturally my toon was sleepy. But I left her in DD. So I go to get on right now and only two of my toons are on my toon screen! Not only that but when i logged onto Cuddles, all her lvl 7 gags were gone and I couldnt go anywhere else but TTC!!
So here's my main question: Have my other toons disappeared or will they still be there once I re-activate my account?
