Hating the LOM!

| I just finished a VP in River, and while in it I saw two level 12 Mr. Hollywoods that were a lot smaller than normal. One was about 1/3 the normal size, and the other was about 1/2 the normal size. I got like 7 screenshots because Frizzledout reminded to as I was describing this to her. I'd post them, but I can't figure out how to do this. If someone tells me, I'll put them up. Anyway, has anyone seen or heard of this before?
The 1/3 size one is Toon-sized. 
It's too small to see from the battle menu.
