I agree that it is easier to up your laff without working your gags. My first couple of toons were demons at gag working (as was my uber). Now, Lime Cat, tends to coast a bit and not bog folks down with working gags. However, she has maxed sound, throw, squirt and lure by the time she hit 100. If her friends would get hurt more, it would help!! She maxed lure first because she was helping a friend work trap 
I don't see much griefing as I generally play with TTFers (ok, maybe some fun griefing) or just solo stuff.
