| Penny, I'm sorry that has happened to you. It is a sad thing when toons do those things. Unfortunate, but reality all the same (just as much so in RL). I've been blessed to have one maxed toon in VP and another almost done where that has not happened to me. I have 2 accounts, so I usually just run my toons through the factory to avoid the hassle.
