| You get to start tasks for this once you finish all your Dreamland tasks. If you don't have two accounts, try to do this when a friend is going to sign off. Ask them to 'park' their toon at the shop on Polar Place so that you don't have to run each time.
Also, something Lime Cat is distressed about - get some 'Just for Fun' tasks before you finish that last Dreamland task. The law parts aren't a big problem (as Varmit said, takes about an hour or so). However, you will only get those tasks. And, then you go right to getting Boss parts. Once you get there, they don't offer fun tasks at the same time.
