| Same thing happens at the reservation center,
6:50am Say we just loaded the tickets for the Halloween and Christmas party into the system yesterday. (at least we THINK we loaded all the dates in....) Let's start selling them today and see if everything works ok and let's not tell ANYONE what the prices are so we can "surprise and delight" cast and guest alike! 7:01am 100+ calls waiting....we cant process credit cards? 7:15am 300 calls waiting....not all of the dates are in the system? 8am 114 calls waiting...can you please give us a call back in a few hours and everything will be back up and running. 10:30am all is working.... 100 calls waiting.
