some invasions are called by Toon Town, those will be in all the districts at the same time they are very infrequent and last a little longer than the ones called by toons. (sometimes TTown does all day invasions like Ides of March) Toons that have defeated the CJ get three rewards as Bucky Badger points out.Sometimes you'll notice, Before toons enter into the final battle of a mint/factory/da/golf course they check their books, sometimes they are checking to see if they have an invasion or they may actually be calling one. They click on the cog gallery and there is a little icon next to the cog that they click on...it has 3 buttons Call a Cog- Call a Cog Building-Call an Invasion.
