| Do you need a password to finalize the report?
If not, I see it happening a lot. Both by accident ("what does this button do?") or because some kid got irritated he didn't get "HIS" dock back after selling fish. Or any number of other annoying but stupid reasons. People who have kids playing other Disney games have posted of their kids getting suspended after being reported for something silly.
