| The fonts are on a schedule. It's posted at TTC somewhere (don't have time to go get the link right now). Z is my oldest toon and also the last one to get offered a font - just because it has to do with which cattllelog she was on.
If you don't get offered the emotes, and the account is old enough (they should be in there anyway, just with wait times listed), you should definitely report that! The emotes do go by account age.
