I tested the ignore button and it worked as advertised It tells you that you are ignoring that person for that session (I assume that log in session) and allows you to easily unignore them by clicking the button again. I like it for those who are constantly SF chatting when you are with them in a run, just ignore it and you don't see it. The downside is if they are trying to tell you that they want you to use X gag, you also won't see it.
With the report button, you have to go through a series of screens to actually report the person, so it would take a lot of accidental clicks for someone to accidentally report someone. I could see a kid easily reporting someone if they aren't able to read yet or just keep clicking yes or report. The TT moderator (whomever that is) will read the report of what the reported person was doing at the time (by looking at the logs) and if they actually did something wrong, they will be punished. If it's something ridiculous, like being reported because they didn't pick the right gag, nothing will happen. _________________
