| My initial impression is to turn around and go home! Ungrateful kids is a huge pet peeve of mine!
On the other hand it sounds like she got them all worked up about going to Dick's house. My kids are thrilled about our upcoming vacation and I think it would be cruel of me to suddenly change the plans, even for Disney. Little kids especially thrive on routine. I know my Mom would say I would have had the same reaction if she did that to me at that age. She should have just not told them where they were going, tell them it's a surprise, rather than build up a fake vacation. As for the older kid, he looked like it was a setup. There are enough people getting onto Good Morning America and stuff with stuff like silly eBay ads and stuff.
