| I still have not received my welcome package for my third account which was opened in December.
When I opened my first account almost five years ago, I receive the welcome package and mailings reqularly for about a year. By the time I had two accounts, I noticed that I was receiving nothing for both accounts. I contacted Disney and a few months later I received a huge package with the cards and newsletters for both accounts that I hadn't received. I guess that I will have to contact them for the third account. I think Disney needs to become much more accountable to its customers and also provide better technical support.
